Increased hair fall?

1. You heat styled your hair:

Yes, something as simple as tying your hair too tight or for too long or even using tight bands could increase your hair fall by making your hair shaft weak and cause more breakage.

CureSkin suggests: If you really need to tie your hair, try loose braids, buns and other styles that are less damaging. Avoid using tight rubber bands and keep switching the spot where you tie your hair.

3. You brushed your hair wrong:

Wondering how one can go wrong with something as simple as brushing their hair? It comes as naturally as waving out to someone or holding your cup of coffee after all, right? As surprising as it may sound, brushing your hair wrong could be one of the reasons for your hair fall. Simple things like brushing wet hair, using the wrong brush or even brushing too much, damages your locks in no time.
